Terms of Service
1. Nature of the Website
This website (trialuplabs.com) is an informational publication operated by TrialUpLabs ("we", "us", or "our"), an independent media and video production studio in India.
The purpose of this website is to describe our organic content creation workflows, outline studio production retainers, and enable prospective clients to schedule preliminary discovery briefings.
2. No Legal Representation or Legal Advice
Important Distinction: TrialUpLabs is a digital media production studio and is not a law firm, advocate, or legal practitioner. Nothing on this website, in our prompt sheets, in video editing consultations, or during discovery calls constitutes legal advice or legal representation. Visiting this website, communicating with our team, or booking a discovery briefing does not establish a lawyer-client relationship.
Our studio assists lawyers in translating their own legal expertise, jurisprudence analysis, and public domain statutory insights into high-quality organic media assets.
3. Discovery Briefings & Retainer Inquiries
Scheduling a discovery call constitutes a mutual exploratory conversation to review public practice footprint and content strategy. It does not bind either party to a commercial retainer.
Formal studio retainers are executed via separate written service agreements detailing deliverables, review workflows, billing, and confidentiality terms. Due to quality standards, our retainer capacity is limited to a fixed number of concurrent legal practices.
4. User Responsibility & Confidential Information
Users and prospective clients are strictly responsible for the information they choose to share through external scheduling links or initial communications.
You agree that you will not disclose or upload confidential client information, privileged case communications, pending sealed court filings, or sensitive proprietary documents to TrialUpLabs.
5. Client Review & Ethical Compliance
In accordance with Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules and standard legal professional ethics, client practitioners maintain sole and final editorial authority over all published videos, carousels, and articles produced with our studio.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content published to their personal or firm profiles complies with applicable statutory boundaries, judicial guidelines, and bar council rules.
6. Intellectual Property
The TrialUpLabs name, brand mark, editorial website design, copywriting, and proprietary workflow frameworks are the property of TrialUpLabs.
Client-produced videos, custom talking points, and published profile media are governed by the terms of the individual retainer agreement.
7. Third-Party Scheduling Services
Discovery call scheduling is facilitated through third-party scheduling platforms (e.g. Calendly). Your use of those scheduling interfaces is subject to the terms and privacy practices of the respective third-party provider.
8. Website Availability & Limitations
We provide this website on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify website content, update service descriptions, or adjust discovery briefing availability without prior notice.
